About Sage Guitar

Sage Guitar started with a simple belief: everyone should be able to pick up their first guitar without feeling lost, judged, or oversold. Walk into a big music shop as a complete beginner and it can feel intimidating — rows of expensive gear, jargon everywhere, and no one to gently show you where to start. We wanted to build the opposite of that.

We're a small, independent guitar shop and teaching studio based in Woodlands, Singapore (Primz Bizhub, 21 Woodlands Close #07-42). Everything we do is built around one kind of person — the first-time player, or the parent buying a first guitar for their child.

What makes us different

• Beginner-first, always. We only stock instruments that are genuinely good to learn on — comfortable, well set up, and fairly priced. No pressure to buy more than you need.
• Real, local help. We're a WhatsApp message away (+65 8925 2625). Not sure which size fits your child, or which guitar suits you? Ask us — a real person answers.
• Set up by hand. Every guitar is checked and set up before it reaches you, so it plays comfortably from day one.
• More than a shop. We also teach 1-to-1 beginner lessons and offer guitar setup and repair — so we're here for your whole first year, not just the sale.
