By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Warranty Policy, Shipping & Delivery, Preorder Policy, Bundle Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Orders and pricing

We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors, cancel or refuse orders due to stock issues, payment problems, or suspected abuse or fraud. Pricing, availability, and product details may change without notice.

Delivery estimates

All delivery times, preorder ETAs, and availability windows on this site are estimates only — not guarantees. Courier delays, weather, public holidays, and other factors outside our reasonable control may affect timing.

No change of mind returns

Sage Guitar does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, dissatisfaction with tone or appearance, or buyer's remorse once an order has been paid and processed. All sales are final except where an item is genuinely defective.

Defective items — how we resolve issues

1. Contact us first at [email protected] or WhatsApp +65 8925 2625. Describe the issue with photos or a short video.
2. We work with you to troubleshoot — many issues are resolved with setup guidance or a small part replacement.
3. If the item is confirmed defective and the fault is ours, we will arrange an exchange with an equivalent unit as our preferred resolution.
4. A refund is offered only as a last resort where an exchange is not possible (for example, the model is discontinued).

Warranty summary

Pure acoustic guitars and accessories are sold without warranty. Electronic items carry a 3-month limited warranty for manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. Full conditions are in our Warranty Policy.

Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from the sale of any product is limited to the price paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — photos, descriptions, brand elements, and buying guides — belongs to Sage Guitar and may not be copied, reused, or distributed without our written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.

Use of “Sageguitar Marketing Agent” Application

By authorizing the “Sageguitar Marketing Agent” application (the “App”) to access your TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, or Threads accounts, you agree that:

1. License grant. The App is licensed (not sold) to you for the purpose of publishing content to your authorized social media accounts.
2. Content ownership. You retain full ownership of all content published via the App. The App and its operators (Sage Guitar and Sifu Ai, UEN 53524893L) claim no ownership of your content.
3. Content compliance. You are responsible for ensuring all content published via the App complies with each platform’s Community Guidelines and applicable Singapore laws including the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
4. Authorization required. The App will only post content after explicit approval by you or your authorized representative. It will not post autonomously.
5. Revocability. You may revoke the App’s access to your accounts at any time. Such revocation will immediately disable the App’s ability to publish on your behalf.
6. No warranty. The App is provided “as is” without warranty. Sage Guitar and Sifu Ai are not liable for posting failures, platform outages, content removal by platforms, or content rejections by platform reviewers.
7. Termination. Sage Guitar may terminate App access at any time for breach of these Terms or for misuse.
