Sage Guitar does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, dissatisfaction with tone or appearance, or buyer's remorse once an order has been paid and processed. All sales are final except where an item is genuinely defective.
Pure acoustic guitars and accessories are sold without warranty. Electronic items carry a 3-month limited warranty for manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. Full conditions are in our Warranty Policy.
Our liability for any claim arising from the sale of any product is limited to the price paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
