Our promise

We want every SageGuitar customer to feel confident. If something is not right, reach out — we will do our best to sort it out.

Return window

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us first at [email protected] or +65 8925 2625 before sending anything back.

Condition

  • The item should be unused and in its original packaging.
  • All included accessories (bag, tuner, strings, picks, straps) must be returned together with the instrument.
  • Items with signs of use, missing parts, or damage outside of shipping faults cannot be refunded.

Non-returnable items

  • Consumables: strings, picks, polish, cleaning cloths.
  • Custom or special-order items.
  • Clearance or final-sale items (clearly marked at checkout).

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping. If the item arrived damaged or with a manufacturing defect, SageGuitar covers return shipping and will arrange pickup where possible.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we process refunds within 7 working days back to your original payment method. Bank processing time may add 1–3 working days.

Defective or damaged items

Please tell us within 48 hours of delivery if your item arrived damaged. Include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will replace, repair, or refund at no cost to you.
