You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us first at [email protected] or +65 8925 2625 before sending anything back.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping. If the item arrived damaged or with a manufacturing defect, SageGuitar covers return shipping and will arrange pickup where possible.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we process refunds within 7 working days back to your original payment method. Bank processing time may add 1–3 working days.
Please tell us within 48 hours of delivery if your item arrived damaged. Include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will replace, repair, or refund at no cost to you.
