Preorder Policy

Preorders let you reserve incoming stock before it arrives in our Singapore warehouse. Here's how they work.

Payment

Preorders are paid in full at checkout, the same as in-stock items. This secures your unit and helps us plan inbound shipments accurately.

Estimated dispatch

Each preorder product page shows an estimated arrival window (e.g. "ETA early May 2026"). These dates are estimates from our suppliers and may shift due to manufacturing schedules, freight, customs clearance, or other logistics factors outside our control.

How we keep you updated

You will receive:

  • An order confirmation email immediately after checkout
  • Updates by email or WhatsApp if the ETA changes materially
  • A dispatch notification with tracking once your unit ships from our warehouse

Cancellations and refunds

  • Before processing: if you change your mind shortly after ordering and your preorder has not yet been allocated to inbound stock, contact us within 48 hours and we may be able to cancel for a full refund. This is offered as a courtesy, not as a right.
  • After allocation: once your unit has been allocated to a confirmed inbound shipment, cancellations are not guaranteed.
  • Significant delay: if a preorder is delayed more than 2 weeks beyond the latest stated ETA, we will notify you and you may choose to cancel for a full refund.

On arrival

Once your preorder unit arrives, it goes through our normal inspection and dispatch process. Our standard Shipping & Delivery, Returns & Refunds, and Warranty policies apply from the date of delivery.
