Bundles are pre-curated sets sold at a combined price below the sum of their parts. They are designed to give beginners everything they need to start playing on day one.

How bundles are priced

Each bundle is priced as a complete set. Individual items within a bundle are not sold or refunded separately — the discount only applies when all items are taken together.

Returns

• Bundles follow our standard Returns & Refunds rules: returns are accepted only for genuine defects or shipping damage, not for change of mind.
• Approved returns must include the full bundle in original packaging, with every accessory present (bag, tuner, strings, picks, straps, cables, etc.). Partial bundle returns are not accepted.
• Outbound and return shipping fees on bundle orders are non-refundable, except where the return is due to a defect or shipping damage on our side.

Defective items within a bundle

If a single item in a bundle is defective on arrival or develops a manufacturing fault under warranty (where applicable), please contact us first. In most cases we can replace just the affected item rather than requiring you to return the whole bundle.

Warranty

Each item in a bundle is covered by our standard Warranty Policy based on its category — for example, an electric guitar within a bundle still carries our 3-month electronics warranty; strings and accessories are sold without warranty.

Customisation

We do not currently offer item swaps within published bundles. If you would like a custom configuration (different colour, size, or accessory mix), please contact us and we will quote it as a separate order.
