Every guitar and starter bundle ships free across Singapore — no minimum spend. Accessory-only orders (strings, picks, capos or gig bags on their own) have a flat S$1.99 delivery fee.
Prefer to collect? Free self-collection by appointment and a free MRT meet-up (Khatib or Yishun) are also available — just WhatsApp us to arrange.
Estimated 3–5 working days after order processing. Delivery times exclude weekends and Singapore public holidays.

Orders are processed on business days only. Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive an email or WhatsApp update with tracking once your order is dispatched.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Courier issues, weather, peak seasons (Chinese New Year, Christmas, year-end sales), or stock-check delays may affect delivery times. We will keep you informed if your order is affected.
