A TRUE left-handed guitar — properly strung and set up for lefties, not a flipped right-hander. Very limited stock.

Genuinely left-handed guitars are almost impossible to find in Singapore shops — so we brought them in. This is a true left-handed 40-inch acoustic: nut, saddle and stringing all built for left-handed players, ideal for teens and adults. Not a right-handed guitar restrung backwards.

Lefty beginners who learn on proper left-handed instruments progress faster and avoid the awkward re-learning that comes from borrowing right-handed guitars. Checked and set up at our Woodlands studio before it reaches you.

First batch is very limited — if you're reading this, there are only a couple in the country.

Is this a true left-handed guitar or a flipped right-handed one?

A true left-handed build — the nut, saddle and stringing are made for lefties. Restringing a right-handed guitar backwards compromises intonation and comfort; this doesn't.

Should a left-handed child learn on a left-handed guitar?

If they naturally strum with the left hand, yes — a proper lefty guitar avoids awkward re-learning later. Try both orientations with us in person if you're unsure; sizing takes two minutes.

Do I need an amplifier to play the ST-20?

You can practise unplugged (it's very quiet — great for HDB flats), but to hear the real electric sound you'll want a small amp. Our JOYO JA-01 (S$25) has a headphone jack for silent practice.

Is an electric guitar good for a complete beginner?

Yes — often easier than acoustic. Electric strings are lighter and sit closer to the fretboard, so chords hurt less and progress feels faster. The ST-20's slim neck suits smaller hands too.

Is the ST-20 set up before delivery?

Yes — every guitar we sell is checked and set up at our Woodlands studio first: action, tuning stability and intonation. You can also try it in person by appointment.

What age or height suits this electric guitar?

It's a full-size electric (~39") — comfortable for most players from around 150cm / age 11-12 up, including adults. Younger children usually start better on our BabySage 3/4 acoustic.
